“Par Funding” Contract Ross Township & RCKC FY 2026-2027
The Ross Township Board in partnership with the Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (RCKC) is improving our local road network together, called “Par Funding”. The annual financial investment is 50% of the total spend in Ross Township. The RCKC matches what is budgeted annually by the Township Board. Together, the goal is to thoughtfully plan for maintenance activities to improve the overall condition of the local road network in the Township. Trunkline road costs and projects are the responsibility of Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). Primary road costs and projects are the responsibility of Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (RCKC). Below you will find information on the projects throughout the County:
